Special rupture safety devices are required to protect extremely high pressures. Our range comprises two different designs:
- Flat high-pressure rupture discs up to 600 bar (8700 psi) burst pressure
- Hat-shaped high-pressure rupture discs up to 7000 bar (100 000 psi) burst pressure, which meet extreme sealing requirements via a conical sealing seat
Both types are usually made of stainless steels. A nameplate (Ø 55 mm) can be supplied for each rupture disc and attached to the rupture disc holder. This makes identification and reordering after the bursting element has ruptured considerably easier.
We are able to manufacture all shapes and sizes known on the market, such as Nova, Sitec, Autoclave Engineers, Maximator, Dunze, HIP, Butech.
As an alternative, our Hybrid Assembly® range contains a space-saving assembly with holder for protecting high pressure.
