From bursting element to system. From supplier to a partner who thinks ahead.
Wehberg started with what still forms the core today: bursting elements and membranes, stamped and deep-drawn in Lüdenscheid. Over the years came our own tools, then the test centres, then assemblies such as the Hybrid Assembly, in which rupture disc and holder are delivered as a tested unit.
Today we supply fourteen industries – from the CO₂ cylinder in a soda maker to the hydrogen tank. What has stayed the same: every rupture disc is developed, manufactured and tested here. And whoever calls speaks to someone who knows the product.
