Description

A particular advantage of rupture discs in cap form is safe assembly. Only ever one cap can be fitted in the respective application.

All caps can be printed on the underside or top according to the customer’s specification. A customer logo can also be used.

Rupture caps have a 1 – 3 mm high rim, depending on the version. The caps are pressed onto a threaded plug, which must have a suitable burst geometry.

Because of the importance of the burst geometry, it must be defined precisely. Wehberg Safety technical support can assist here. Alternatively, we are happy to supply suitable threaded plugs. A further option is the delivery of plugs and caps as pre-assembled units by Wehberg Safety.
