A threaded port with a sealing ring is all that is needed to achieve the required safety. We offer suitable solutions for gaseous as well as liquid media.<\/p>\n<p>All Hybrid System\u00ae types consist of a <strong>housing<\/strong> and a <strong>burst foil<\/strong> which is sealed metal-to-metal by means of a <strong>pressure screw<\/strong>. The burst plugs are designed to the customer&#8217;s requirements with regard to burst pressure and temperature.<\/p>\n<p>The Hybrid System\u00ae housings are made of high-grade stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L). Nickel, stainless steels and nickel-based alloys such as Inconel*) can be used for the burst foils. Due to the design, a helium leak rate of up to 1 x 10<sup>-9<\/sup> mbar l\/s is achievable.<\/p>\n<h2>Hybrid System\u00ae STANDARD<\/h2>\n<p>The double-nipple design enables a <strong>defined discharge<\/strong> of media through the additional external thread.
